Thanks for the thoughts, everyone. Here's some gun porn to show my appreciation.

Budget is up to $1600 OOD, but I'd prefer to not spend that much. Saving up for a new vehicle right now. And I also want a shotgun before hunting season ends.

Is the P220 Combat DAO? I shot a P250 the other day and did not like the trigger on it.

P226 is full size and P229 is compact similar to above photo. Very comfortable to hold and lesser recoil.

consider the w german/german P220 .45 ACP and w german/german P226. if your range of choice has one or both of these for rent, give it a go and see what you think.

Well, since you said Sig Decision...

Sell your p226 and use the money on top of $1600 and get yourself a P210-5 or -6...

And trust me. It will be your Sig Unicorn!

Get the P320, it will be easier to find any of the older sig models after January 1, 2015. With the exception of the P210's and that x-five tactical, all of the models mentioned in this thread regularly come up in the marketplace. If you're looking for the one that you'll have the hardest time finding in the future, I'd say get the P320.
