    Walther PPX or PPQ?

Hi guys, new member here... looking for some advice from more knowledgeable members. I'm currently looking at the Walther PPQ and PPX... can't decide between the two. I'm looking at both from a reliability/sturdy point of view first... would both be equally reliable or one more than the other? The PPQ has a one piece barrel, while the PPX has a three piece barrel with MIM parts (not too knowledgeable on MIM parts, that's why I'm asking). I did some digging and recall Walther saying they went the three piece route since one piece barrels deform under heavy stress?

With that said, the PPQ has lifetime warranty vs the PPX's one year warranty... but that shouldn't matter if both are built right. I haven't shot either of them but from the looks of it (videos on YouTube)... the PPX looks like it's a bit more accurate, with less muzzle flip.

Kind of torn between both... since I can only have one as SSE comes to an end.

    Thanks in advance guys.

I'd say the advantage of the PPX over the PPQ is price, but as a last SSE, I'd personally go for the PPQ (In fact, that's what I did).

The PPX was designed for the cost conscious. It appears to be an excellent pistol though. But I don't have a PPX to actually compare to my PPQ.

The PPX is real rough. Trigger sucks. Feels like a much cheaper gun.

Yeah I think the PPX is great for the price... light trigger good reset, ergonomic grip, hammer fired. If you want a good striker fired trigger and adjustable grip, the PPQ 4" is not that much more $$.

              I would vote PPQ.
