CCW Options 2015?

G23 (gen 3) and G42 (off roster) are my EDC guns
Ruger lc9s (off roster) as soon as it's outta jail
Keltec p3at every now and then when Its too hot to conceal a real forearm

But hopefully in the near future the roster will be gone along with this micro stamping bull, then it won't matter if it's on or off. Luckily my IA doesn't care as long as it functions and it doesn't have a "hair trigger". They are happy. I wasn't required to qualify with any of my firearms, evidently that isn't a law, it is up to the discretion of the IA. Oh yeah, and they've let me add as many guns as I want.

OK...so the idea is the SSE status will be used against you in court...how exactly? On a charge of...?

It can't. Not with regards to criminal charges, anyway.

I m guessing that if the SSE is even brought up at all it will be because the shooting was questionable and not a clear cut self defense case..

Thanks for the info, although I don't have an SSE. If LA county ever starts to issue, I'll put my Shield, SR9c and my old Detective Special on it. Everyone have a great Thanksgiving!

Wow, thanks for saving us all the trouble of looking for the firearm we're comfortable with. Come to think of it, a Hi-Point will do any job, and it's on the roster. So there's no need for anyone to buy anything more expensive than a Hi-Point.

If you want to pocket carry something in 9mm or larger, you have exactly one option on the roster: the Kahr, which is yet again suffering quality control issues.

I agree. I hate the roster, and I would love to have ready access to all guns made, but there's no question that there are plenty of outstanding guns still available to us on the roster.

Well the Glock 26 and Shield are pretty legit guns. Even in free states they're top choice guns for CCW.
