Most will hopefully be renewed unless any modifications to a model are done or a manufacturer just gets tired of our bs. Guns have to be re-rostered, I believe, every 2 years.

It seems to me that when a handgun I purchased new from a dealer that was on the roster of safe handguns, falls off the roster with the attendant restrictions on my ability to sell it, my property rights have been infringed. Where is the compelling governmental interest?
