looks don't matter, how does it feel and when you take it to the range how does it help (or hurt) your shooting.

it's like the scars of a burn victim. Just about every stippling job I have seen looked ugly. Why do people stipple their guns over using grip tape? They both do the same thing, but grip tape is easily removable if it ends up looking bad.
