Picked up my Gen 4 FDE Glock 19 yesterday and...

For some reason when I brought it home did not have any excitement. It's a great gun and maybe I have to take it out and shoot it but something about it that is making me not like it, I think it's the FDE that Glock uses. All the ones I've seen look so nice with RMR on them. Now I want a Sig 226 MK25.

The only good looking Glock is a black Glock. I don't like any two tone pistols. Trade it, you won't lose money at the current market rate.

It's still a nice gun. Congrats! I have a G19 also, and after I bought it, I wanted other guns… only because I like the variety out there. It's still to this day my only Glock and my bedside gun. I have pistols from a variety of other manufacturers in my safe.

Not trying to be a "Richard", but Glocks are one of the ugliest, cheapest looking, cheapest feeling pistol on the market. IMHO they have no "soul" just cheap ugly pistols that fan boy's hype up. That's probably why you feel like that about that pistol.

And what gun does have soul? Let me guess a 1911? There are some damn ugly 1911's out there.

A gun is a tool. I don't pick up a drill because it looks nice and I think it has soul. I pick it up to do a job.

I like 1911's but some of you are over the top with this nonsense.
