You've got all bases covered, except a sub compact carry glock. I personally think the 26 shoots well. Customized guns are awesome and fun to own, I just personally don't think I'd get anything out of a chopped 19 that I wouldn't get from a 26, excepting the ability to mount a light. Since I don't ccw with a WML, the 26 gives me all I need. Still though, it's an interesting mod, and if it's something you really want, then heck yea, go for it. I just don't personally think it would offer anything over a stock 26. Btw, on my 26, I swapped out the standard connector for a glock "-" connector, and swapped out the standard trigger spring for a NY1 trigger spring. It's a really nice combo IMO for a carry gun, and that combo is approved by Glock for duty use.

To answer your original question, you're definitely not crazy, just someone who likes interesting firearms!

Something about me really does not like that idea, then again I am also opposed to stippling or any permanent modifications that involve the removal of material.

As a side note, if you do that you better be prepared to have that gun for the rest of your life because no one will buy it after you do that. Same thing with stippling.

at first I thought that was a stupid idea but after looking at your pic, I kinda like it. Still, I wouldn't do anything like that to my gun. Id rather own a G19 and if I had the option to upgrade Id just buy a G26 as well.
