S&W actually made some revisions to address this issue... I believe if you look inside your gun and look at your slide stop, they have a revised slide stop with an extra "bump" that is intended to keep things aligned and provide a more positive reset feedback.

There is ample info here on another forum, as well as a source of parts, if it matters to you: http://www.m4carbine.net/showthread....mp-P-s-(Update)

My PC is home and clean. Barrel was dirty with the porting. Couple cleaners and got it looking like new.
Next dros Dec 1..... waiting waiting waiting...

now i'm reconsidering the 4.25" ported PC model over the non-ported Pro CORE... can always drop in a non-ported barrel for use when hot gases jetting upwards are sub-optimal...

            gah!

I don't think the new(er) revisions of the M&P can accommodate the Apex RAM... contact Apex to be sure. Something tells me the PC models will be up to the current design revisions.

But, as mentioned earlier, S&W revised the design of the slide stop to address the reset issues.

That's interesting... that means they are using the old Sear Housing Block?

May I ask what the production code is on your M&P PC pistol?

In other news... it seems the M&P PC is still available out there. Found a 4.25" model for $739 plus fees/SSE/DROS, so I may very well bite on this as my final SSE.

Wife brought home the 4.25" 9mm Ported last week. I just ordered a 5" 40 Ported for a 1 December DROS. I'll post some pics when it arrives at the shop in a few days.
