Always looking for vintage Winchester and Marlin lever action rifles. Looking to sell? Know of one for sale? Drop me a line!

I have an SR1911 CMD (Commander). I have several WC ETM, Kimber Pro, Chip Powermags and the Amscor that came with my RIA. All are 8 round.
So far they all shoot fine. Including in my Rock.
Don't have any 1911 Mecgars. Have a bunch for my other 9mms. Dang those are GREAT!!My Marketplace Feedback: https://www.calguns.net/forum/market...k#post54003245Comment

I use Tripp Cobra mags almost exclusively in all my 1911. Expensive mags, but I have never had the feed lips spread/crack; they have also fed 100% in all my 1911.
With that being said, Wilson 47D are great range magazines, but the feed lips can spread over time. The Wilson ETM mags are supposed to address this issue, and look to be a better mag for hard use.Comment

I've owned a whole bunch of mags throughout the years but I dumped them all and bought a uniform inventory of Chip McCormicks. Not to say the others are bad, but I find the Chips to work flawlessly. I'll tip the hat to other brands that also work well; Checkmate, Wilson, Mec Gar, and some others I'm forgetting.VMI '11

I use Les Baer mags for my Les Baer. I have tripp 10 rounders and they work flawlessly but I just don't like how they stick out.Comment
