    PSA and Off Roster

Can anyone tell me if PSA ships off roster guns to CA?
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I don't know if this would be cost prohibitive, but audiophil2 might be able to help. PM him.

He's an FFL that can take an off roster gun have it sent to him, then sent to you for $15 I believe according to this thread:

Just go to PSA drop it in your cart and say this in the Comment Box:

"This gun is being sent to my FFL and will be legally transferred via SSE (Single Shot exemption).
My FFL Dealer knows the gun is coming and will accept it to be legally transferred to me under all California laws.
I understand that I may be charged a restocking fee if any problem arises from me obtaining this firearm."

If that doesn't work, then the worst they can say is they cant ship it.
            I say roll the dice.

PSA will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions

In respect of the laws in your state we will need to cancel
this item from your order and refund the monies minus a 5% handling charge
              relating to same.

And charge you a restocking fee...
Customers placing orders that do not comply with Palmetto State Armory’s firearm purchasing conditions will have their orders canceled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

                  Damn You PSA!!!!
                  Just go to ImpactGuns.

I still say its worth the $25 risk.

You can simply donate $25 to NRA. That'll be a better choice.

Or he can pay the $15 fee to AudioPhil2 and it's a sure thing. Except it adds to cost for shipping.
