CZ 75 SP-01

Decided to tag along with my friend to go to OC Firearms to DROS his M&P 9 shield (Free State Edition).. and decided to look at CZ 75b... My knowledge with CZ is probably the same as Kevin DeLeon's knowledge with firearms. Then Steve showed be the CZ 75 SP-01. Didn't know much about it... I have a bad habit of not leaving empty handed when i go to LGS. So, I dros it. Now everyone are on the hunt for CZ 75 SP-01. I guess i got lucky huh? #coolstory

Great find, I love mine. I had some work done at CZ Custom last year and last weekend I had to force myself to take one of my 1911's to a match instead of my CZ.

Seems like every year we get a rash of new SP-01 where you been all my life threads. Yes they are very good and very cool.

I bought my first SP-01, a Tactical in March of 2009. Shortly after decided to dump all my DA/SA handguns sold it and got the safety model to replace it, now I only shoot it SA.

I'm not sure if I got a good price on it tho... 710 before tax and dros. 760-770 total? rg was selling them for 700.. so 10 dollars more than rg.

Welcome to the CZ addiction. Its going to infect you and before you know it you will end up with only the on roster ones if you can find them next year. I have two cz75s, a cz75b and sp01. Going to DROS a 97b soon and have another one to dros next month when my 30 days are up. CGW has made some touches to all my czs. Shoot yours first and see if you like the sa\da pulls and how the gun feels overall. Then decide whether you want work done or not. Once you have work done, it's game over. The disease is going to spread to all your other czs once you acquire them. It's like collecting Pokemon's but for firearm owners.

That's a good shooter! One of the best for sure. Not a carry gun! On price, you might have saved $100 if you put in $500 of time looking. Congrats!
