The owner of the original company got screwed by his son. The son was steeling money and guns and the father went to jail because of it.
I have no idea who is running this new KYGunCo business but so long as the son who screwed his father has nothing to do with it I don't see a problem dealing with them.Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
