Great customer ?? Read what I posted about the mag problems and they called me today. After weeks of Bull****. SV is supervisor and MG is Mec gar. I am guessing they are trying to make nice with people so they don't jump in with the lawsue about the mag problems

Ahh 10 rd mag issues? I didn't see anything in this thread about any sort of magazine issues, just that you had a problem and they offered to fix it AND send it to their performance center to make some improvements for free and you responded by telling them no and I will never buy another M&P :P

it's been a on going thing with s&w cs. From telling me the 10rd mag is really a 9rd mag to I can have it sent in to be looked at but they can't return it to me because it's off roster. Which is bull****. They changed there tune only after the MG contacted them and MP fourm members ask if they could use my pics in there lawsue.

Yea my Dad's has that issue too, really hard to load 10 round with the slide closed. Actually I'm not impressed with the mags at all, they are difficult to load for some reason. Super tight as well. Next time he comes over I am going to fix his mags for him, probably grind down the follower and cut some coils off the spring.

Well there are mixed reviews on cutting the follower n spring. I have seen people cut 2 to 5 coils out. The spring for the MP 9 is the same part number for the 15rd 40s&w mag. Take a look my pic without the spring. You can see that the bullet touches the lip without the spring and just follower installed. The issue isn't so much installing the 10rd it's that when you install a full mag and put it into the gun, it removes the the bullet.
