Never. My Gen 2 has over 15k rounds thru it and my buddy broken his MP in under 5k. MP still isn't that go to war gun for me,

Name like that, you need to get a custom rear slide plate engraved with the Imperial logo or Darth's helmet, from http://www.ndzperformance.com/category-s/2334.htm .

(They don't have it on their site, but it seems they have a large library of images that aren't.. I emailed them about the Agents of Shield logo, and they were like "Yeah, we have that already.")

Not sure about naming firearms exactly, but congrats on the MP9 I shot mine with the freshly installed DCAEK trigger and Trij HD sights yesterday for the first time and I'm very pleased with the improvements. Not that I wasn't satisfied with it stock, but I will never sell it so I figured it was time to upgrade it.

update - gun is gone and replaced with a Glock. Had a SV call me after posting pics and story of about there CS on there FB. help that MG also contacted them for me. Long story short was they offered to have my mp sent to there performance center for free upgrade, told them it was late as I picked up a glock to replace the mp and told them I was never going to buy another s&w product. Then was offered some promo stuff and I told them no also.

Boy am I lost. They offered you great customer service so you told them you would never buy another S&W? I think you left something out of this story! Who is SV and MG?
