The link you provided says nothing about how to do the SAO conversion on them.

You in fact say

I'm sorry to say I don't know a dealer doing the SAE type exemption on Rhinos here in the bay. I'm curious if there is one at all.

I don't know any dealers doing Rhino SSE all by themselves.

So from your own post it doesn't seem like it easy to do or that you know how to do it.

So, my question stands.

How much did the dealer who converted and transferred your Rhino charge for the conversion and transfer?

Or, are you roster exempt? The reason I ask that is that you show a 2" Rhino which can not be SAO or SSE with a 2" barrel.
