Help me pick out a .380

With SSE going away, I needed a 10 round 45. Picked up a Glock 30s.
As I do not own a .380, I am thinking now is the time.
Am looking at the S&W MP (no laser) and the Glock 42.
There are dozens of others out there....
Things that are important to me are: How they feed & ease of field strip.
Some look like real pains, while others do not.
Your experience is much appreciated as I have never owned a 380.
    Thanks in advance!

People seem to be fans of the Ruger LCP and Taurus 738 TCP

The glock 42 is so heavy you may as well rock a pocket 9.

Get a Kahr 380, smaller than the retarded G42.

If you go for a Glock 42, which I hope you don't, might as well get a Shield in 9mm.

Let me guess, you two dont even own the G42. Guess what? I have all three of those pistols (LCP, SHIELD, and G42). And the glock 42 is still my favorite ccw gun to carry and to shoot.

              I like my 42 a lot.
I've shot others (Sig,Ruger,S&W,Bersa) & the Glock is the one I spent my money on.

Despite what all the internet commandos say, I liked it the best. For me.

              YMMV

                for those bikini days..

and if it helps at all,
bodyguard .380 sized up next to a shield .40 and xds .45

g42 is too large for the purpose of dropping to a smaller caliber for better concealment in lighter clothing..
but every glock fanboy will swear by it

I started out with nothing - and I still have most of it

Have you looked at the Sig P228? I was seriously looking at P228 and the Shield until I held the G42. My buddy brought his over yesterday and I really the little Glock. The Sig is nice... Maybe I should buy both.

I really like my 738 TCP.

I had a Smith and Wesson Bodyguard 380 and sold it.

                    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

What do you want to do with it? My LCP is by far the most concealable .380 I own. Second would be my P238, but it is heavier than the LCP. I have played with a friends G42, and for me it's to big for a .380 CCW gun. Just my personal opinion.

Bodyguard makes sense to me in the .380. Glock is a nice gun but for .380 tough to beat a bodyguard for concelement.

I have the glock 42 and mp bodyguard 380 with laser.
I would also consider a sig 238 or colt mustang xsp

" What do you want to do with it? "

Possibly add it to my CCW one day.
But would have to kick one off.
                            442 airweight / 9mm Shield / std cap Glock 22.

One day I might trade one out for the 30s or a .380.
Would like to pick one up now for down the road.
If I decide to add one later on.
