Cool. Thanks for the info and ideas for a budget build.Originally posted by Whiskey-TangoBought the lower for $50 bucks here: http://www.polymer80.com
It was a blem they had a special deal for fathers day. The upper was put together at TDS guns in Chula Vista. The rail is generic, they sold it to me for $50 bucks, the barrel, brake and upper are Ice Arms. Reading reviews about Ice Arms has been hit or miss so I can't recommend them because I have no experience with them. The stock is a CAA SST cheek rest Velcroed to the buffer tube. The lower parts kit was $67.95 the buffer tube was $10 bucks and the Magpul flip ups $25 bucks all on http://www.polymer80.com
Sunday I'll see how well it holds up. Not putting it through a torture test just taking it out to the rangeYes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Nice budget build OP. I tried to do a budget build as well, but with an aluminum lower. Mine was right around $900 though.Welcome to OT, where hypocrisy is King, outrage is Queen and the Kingdom is on the shores of the Denial River.
