If I have some 33 round and 17 round Glock mags that I have had since preban. Can I use these in my NEW 3rd gen Glock 17 that I just bought? If so are there any restrictions? How about at the local range (Los Altos Rod and Gun Club) Will I get hassled?

And will you get hassled? There are uninformed people everywhere. Tell'em to show you the Penal Code where it says you can't. It isn't there, so they won't be able to do it.

You cannot use them or sell them because you would be breaking the law, how ever, you can always "Support the Troops" pm inbound with address. I will make sure that they are disposed used properly.

Probably around 1986, when the G18 came out. I saw one (mag) used around 1992 at Target Masters in Milpitas.
