My signature pic is one of mine. I also have an early 92FS (1988) with the straight dust cover, etc. I personally prefer this configuration.

FYI, those were L.A. County Sheriff issue. The PS inside the shield stands for "Police Special". Thanks for sharing the pics.

          Px4 storm?
My AR is 7.62x39, so that if/when we get invaded, I can shoot their ammo back at them!

I went with M9 because I hate the new dust covers on the 92FS they make now..and because I shot the M9 many moons ago with the Guard..

next mission... a second Beretta M9/92 and most certainly, the new HK VP9.
Congrats. Deals like that are hard to find on the cgn marketplace (home of the unsold threads with 30+ bumps).

They do, I first saw those on gunbroker, sure there are other dealers outside CA that carry em for regular folk.
However, there were older compact models out there that didn't have rails. Those are no longer made. I prefer those ones.

You're missing out. Beretta used to make a Cougar - a metal predecessor to the PX4. Pretty cool, wish I hadn't sold mine. They don't take 92fs mags but if the cut was different they could.
