I pick up my M9 today, My 92FS on Monday and can begin to SSE my 92FS Centurion on August.

I chose the 92FS because they were on sale as police trade-ins at J&G Sales for $329, like new mechanically, and not bad appearance wise. A great shooter for the money, and compliments my older 92FC nicely.

FYI, those were L.A. County Sheriff issue. The PS inside the shield stands for "Police Special". Thanks for sharing the pics.

Yeah, A Calgunner had a LNIB one for sale here with absolutely no visible wear anywhere, six mags original and stainless recoil spring guide all for $550 with no sales tax. Im quite happy with the purchase.

next mission... a second Beretta M9/92 and most certainly, the new HK VP9.

Congrats. Deals like that are hard to find on the cgn marketplace (home of the unsold threads with 30+ bumps).

Does this actually...exist? I've never seen or heard of one in the wild or for sale anywhere.

They do, I first saw those on gunbroker, sure there are other dealers outside CA that carry em for regular folk.
However, there were older compact models out there that didn't have rails. Those are no longer made. I prefer those ones.

You're missing out. Beretta used to make a Cougar - a metal predecessor to the PX4. Pretty cool, wish I hadn't sold mine. They don't take 92fs mags but if the cut was different they could.
