10 Day Wait Is KILLLING Me!!!!

How do I overcome this anxiousness......I have never been so excited about getting a new firearm. I feel like I can't sit still. Tell me your methods of relaxation.

Buy a lot more and you'll get used to it.

It happened to me too on my first HK pistol.

Buy more guns. At this point, I don't get bother by the 10 days anymore and just go pick it up when it's convenient for me. Once you have so many that it overfills the safe, it's hard to get too anxious or excited. Although the VP9 had me going a little....I found myself wondering how it was going to be like at the range.

Yeah 5 days is not too bad haha when you buy a bunch you don't really notice the days anymore. I recently waited 30 days for a revolver, now I have to wait till it gets to baboosh and have to dros it then wait another 10 days. Not even sweating it.

yeah, I think that's another thing getting me all anxious....that damn VP9. I'm on a waiting list and I want the VP9 right now too.

I guess I can take the shotguns out and do some clay pigeon shooting to take my mind off the guns.

I have a PPQ "on hold" waiting for my 30 days to expire (2 weeks to go). Then 10 days after that.

I end up watching youtube vids, shop for magazines, and go work on my Jeep.

Practice dry firing your current firearms, clean them, take some pictures of them... because you'll have to devote your attention to another very soon. Just like welcoming another kid into the family; gotta share the love

Yep-Its a drag- use the time to look for Ammo. Get a holster, shoot what you have, research the operation of your new weapon- etc

BTW anyone know what states don't have it??

10 days? Try 300+ days for a machine gun and then get back to me.

I've got 2 full auto AR lowers sitting in Missouri waiting for ATF approval. I'm on day 14 of a 60 day wait before I can build them up. I won't do the 10 month wait again unless I give up my license.

^^^ and I thought that 10 days seems like some of the longest 10 days ever.
