I want to say Alquist are great people to deal with took their time to talk to me even though they were packed. Got on the wait list for a VP9 and great price too. They figure 3 week wait right now you just have to put some coin down to get on the list. Thats ok with me tho I'm in 30 day jail!

Not supposedly; VP9 mags are P30 mags. They are identical.

As for the USP mags, maybe the USPc mags, but that I'm not sure about.

Check topgunsupply or Kentucky GunCo . TGS had standard vp9 in stock for a couple of days straight...cost 629. KGC 590. Dros'd vp9...countdown...7days.

USP compact or P2000 mags to be exact. And I have been looking for the P30 floor plates for almost two years with no luck

I just tried it... it doesn't work. USPc/P2000 mags are shorter than P30/VP9 mags. They fit the magwell just fine, but do not lock into place.

P30/VP9 mags will however work in the USPc/P2000 line.

Think about it this way; Glock 17 mags fit and function in a 19, but not vice versa.

If there's a trick to somehow make them work, please let me know.

I just received notification that Cordelia Gun Exchange received some more VP9's. Its $799 including SSE fee. Its not the cheapest option but they do have them in stock for those who live in the Bay Area.

I should clarify my post. Sorry guys. What I was trying to state is that the body, the spring, the follower of a USPc 10rd mag and a P30 10rd mag are the same. The difference is floor plates. The cost of a USPc mag is about $25 a pop. Replace a floor plate from a USPc mag with a floor plate from a P30 for $10 and you have a P30 10rd mag for $35. Problem is I couldn't find the P30 floor plate mag anywhere.

hkparts carries the p30 mag floor plate but always out of stock.

Just put my name down at Alquist. Now quoting a 1-1/2 month wait. Need 20% down and no extra fees for SSE. Great price I am willing to drive an hour and a half for. Thanks for the heads up. Time to find a G19 in Full FDE.
