For you Nor-Cal peeps, mainly the San Francisco Bay Area, where are you getting your SSE's done, and what are they charging.

Chris at Digital Instincts in Sunnyvale OR Peter at MP Arms in San Jose. I prefer these FFLs and have done multiple transactions with both. I recommend whichever is closer to you.

It's okay. I've gotten quotes for $820 OTD for the NS version with 3 mags. Of course I need to wait till Sept and hope they actually get some. If you don't mind waiting a couple months then I think you'll be able to get a better price but there's also the risk of not getting one at all. Supposedly 35,000 being released this year and the amount of gun owners in CA alone is something like 7 million IIRC. So your best bet might be to secure one as soon as you can.

I would secure one as soon as possible given the quantity that is to be made this year and the fact the demand is so strong. I was fine overpaying by over 100 per gun to secure mine.

I want to say it was around $180-185 ish. I will peek at the paperwork tomorrow. About 56-58 of that is sales tax. So about $125 for DROS, SSE and transfer fees.

I called them today I was quoted 50 for transfer 25 for dros and 20 for sse 95+tax

I would pick it up if it weren't for the 15 rounders, none of the SSE I know will block them simply because they don't have the blocks available.
