Looking for an HK VP9?

Anyone get a VP9 with a faded orange-color looking Recoil Spring? mine had some orange paint on it. spring still looks new...just the paint looks like it's worn off like it's been shot already.

Just curious, maybe they missed it painting...just that my last 2 HK's had solid orange/red spring...until it got shot out

I have two from two different stores, neither spring was very red, in fact one of them only the very tip had any color on it.

Seems like the demand for the VP9 is not what it was. Over 2 full days that KyGunCo. has had the VP9 in stock. I think that's a record.

Glad so many of us were able to secure one of these handguns over the past 3 months.

I like mine quite a bit. Imagine a Glock and an HK USP having sex and spitting out a baby.. It's the VP9

I still have to put the larger grips on it and see how it feels with them.

Now if JM Custom Kydex will get me my VP9 holster....

I absolutely Hate Glocks, but I know what you mean though.

The ergonomics on Glocks are the absolute worst thing a person could ever hold in their hand ... but this VP9 is great.

Any one get any from Alquist recently? I tried calling and emailing again. Its been a month since I was promised to be in the next batch. In total its been over two and a half months. I was told they recently got 15 more in and haven't gotten any calls about my VP9.

Am I the only one having trouble getting through on the phones?

Preordered on 8/12 and still no call
