got mines this weekend and compared to my PPQ. I like the trigger on the PPQ better but I like the grip on the VP9 better. If they mated they'll make the perfect gun.

most places i guess the norm for this pistol is $650 outside of cali? so what would be an ideal price for this gun in CA for SSE, demand/supply?

Dros (if not offered free) = $25/$30 ?

You forgot CA sales tax, $52-65.

If you're lucky or determined, you can find them for as low as $600, about $785 OTD.

Those numbers can swing quite a bit depending on on your FFL's transfer/SSE fees, which could range from $0 (in store stock) to $150.

Mine was $800 out the door.
Cheapest around here with CA tax would have been about $752 for me. (599 + 100 sse + tax)
So $50 more is not bad considering the circumstances.
