NAA roster exempt?

Would this single action revolver be roster exempt or do I need it "gifted" to me.

What is the OAL?

To be roster exempt it needs a minimum 3" barrel, holds 5 rounds or more and have an OAL of 7.5"

Checked Buds site they list 3,4,6 in BBL models but one second thought they seem kinda pricy. Got to work on paying off all those ammo orders first I think
