Closest I can think of is p239 but that's a compact, not microcompact...

Edit: Beretta PX4 subcompact is another, but it's about same size as p239 and I think it's a doublestack...

P290 is a sub (single stacked 9mm) DAO if you want the dual action.

I believe there is a beretta 92 version that comes in a single stack 9mm
and is a compact.

Beretta nano would be smaller striker.

S&W CS9? It's 9mm 3rd Gen like the S&W 3913 (which the LadySmith is), but smaller and only siightly bigger than the shield.
