Single shot EAA Witness?

Ok, so after getting a better understanding of how the Single Shot exemption works, would it be possible to do this to a EAA Witness 10mm? I've seen people do it with other handguns, like the Gen 4 glocks, so I figured could be done with this one. But I just wanna be sure.

OC Firearms can most likely do it, they sell EAAs on their site. Shoot them an email or call, although I'm not sure where you're located.
