Wait a sec - does it have microstamping? If not, how can it be on the roster?

Hmmm... too lazy to look it up, but maybe they snuck it on the roster before the microstamping part, like the CA Shield did.

Or are rimfires exempt from microstamping? <- that's a question, not spreading FUD.

How can you tell when it made it onto the roster? Or when the application went it? I'm a little intrigued that a gun that appears to be "new," and seems to lack several roster-required features, is on the roster. I saw it on the roster, and saw the expiration date - but I'm not sure where more info is.
