For handguns, 150 to 200 rounds usually.

My last visit I compared two different batches of 45 ACP reloads, 50 of each. Then I did a "Jeff Cooper" set of drills that is 100 rounds so that visit 200 rounds of 45 ACP.

The previous visit I qualified and then ran the USMC pistol course and then a few other courses of fire for a total of 150 rounds of 45 ACP. I finished up shooting 50 rounds of 22 LR in my Marlin M60 just for fun.

I reload so that makes a difference plus I was on a pistol team for ten years so every practice is outlined for a training need. So their is reasoning behind my "madness". But have fun too
