How much are those sites? Link? How much?

I'm thinking of buying a new spring, I checked glockstore.com and they did not have one for the G30 though.

Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

Which spring and why? The only thing that I change on my glocks is if they have the grooved trigger, I will replace it with the smooth version. I would say to run the gun awile before you change anything.

Why would this differ when its at home? Because you have more time to rack the slide?
I think I misrepresented that. If it's a self defense or home defense weapon, yes I keep one in the chamber, if it's sitting in a safe and not going to be used for a while, ie not a go to weapon, I leave it unloaded. Sorry for any confusion.

I just don't understand that you would keep one in the chamber when your out and about, and not one for HD?

Turners had the gen 3, G30 for $540 a few weeks ago, however they honored that price when I went there. I'm not sure how much the Gen 4 or the SF was but I figured my hands are large, and I was getting a great deal anyhow. I just wanted a G30, and that's what I did. I can't wait to pick her up!
