    Loctite, which color?

There's white, blue and red. Last time my wife and I were at the range, her MK25 grips' screw came undone. What color is the correct one to use?

I would use the blue loctite. Do not use the red loctite.

Blue. Red is for stud and bearing mount(permanent), never heard of white. There are many more colors depending on application.

If you just want the grip to stay use blue. If you are most likely never going to remove it, use red.

              Always run blue.

I never advise to use red. Nothing is perminant.

I like changing grips once in a while so I'll use blue. That red is a disaster if I used it without knowing its permanency. Whoa!

Blue like others have said. There are some applications for Red though, such as the CGW adjustable sear and the pre/over travel screws for SA triggers.

I use #60 o rings on my CZs, they still loosen up, just not as fast. I've even tried plumbers tape, but the o rings works a bit better.

Just so you all know, blue is considered permanent if the screw diameter is less than 1/4". Green is wicking, after parts are assembled. Red is considered permanent for all bolts but will release with heat.

                              Purple for small screws.
                              Blue for general use
Red if you don't mind using a torch to remove (shotgun mag tube basically)
Green if you want to adjust a screw and then add loctite

I've written up my ongoing adventures as I learn to hunt.

Yes, you CAN fit a case of shotgun shells into a .50cal ammo can.

I think i found an optimal solution for ammo can labeling.

I made this target for the NRA's Marksman pistol test. I think it's a lot better than the paper plate they suggest.
