    I was reading " several " threads in the Rugerforum.net about problems with the Ruger SR45 regarding the slide stop.

    I had hope the Glock 21 would be more reliable with less initial complaint.

      I stay away from rugers at all costs. Mostly because they are junk but also because of their politics

              If you've or any one has done an armorer level disassembly on the frame, it sounds like they inserted the slide stop in the incorrect order.

              Locking block pin first, then insert the slide stop so the spring is against the locking block pin, and then insert the pin though the trigger/slide stop.
              One of these two problems are the likely problem. Has anyone else shot the gun? Did it lock back on them after each round? Both easy checks.
