There's an article in the current (August) Shooting Times magazine on this subject. They list the Kahr PM9, Glock 26, Para Carry 9 and the Walther PPS as being small and thin and show the Walther as having the thinnest grip.GOA Member & SAF Life MemberComment

I'm not sure of Shooting Times, but must gun mags lik Guns & Ammo, Special Weapons, etc... get paid for good review on Guns through advertisement so beware, don't beleive in everything you read, there is enough members on this forum whom actually own these firearms to contest, I have personally owned the Kahr K9 and it is a nice reliable gun, that said, I currently have two custom Hi-Powers.. nothing wrong with the K9, I just prefer the Hi-Powers. I also own a nice 9mm 1911.Comment

Actually I didn't read much of the article - I don't have much interest in poly/plastic guns in general, the Para was kind of neat though. But since the question was about slim 9 mm options and judging by the pictures, the Walther was pretty slim, I figured editorial license aside the OP might want to take a look. I have a like for the BHP, have a 70's target version and a current manufacture in 40 S & W.I'm not sure of Shooting Times, but must gun mags lik Guns & Ammo, Special Weapons, etc... get paid for good review on Guns through advertisement so beware, don't beleive in everything you read, there is enough members on this forum whom actually own these firearms to contest, I have personally owned the Kahr K9 and it is a nice reliable gun, that said, I currently have two custom Hi-Powers.. nothing wrong with the K9, I just prefer the Hi-Powers. slim 9mm
Do you want a slim 9mm because you have small hands? Or do you want it so it would be easier to carry?
Did you want an exposed hammer, with a decocker or safety? Or did you want a striker fired polymer pistol?
What are you going to use it for (home defense, plinking, etc)?
But if anything, I think the best slim 9mm is the Kahr CW9 ($533). Very slim (0.9 in width), lightweight (20-ish oz), 7/8 round single stack mag, accurate and reliable (after 200 round break-in). Its the cheapest Kahr, so check out their other models/series if interested.
Another suggestion would be to get a grip reduction on the Glock you already have.
There are also handguns with interchangable grip backstraps, palm swells, or grip panels.
Here's a list I composed while looking for guns for small hands:
Beretta Px4 Storm
Browning Hi-Power
Desert "Baby" Eagle (semi-compact)
Bersa Thunder 9
CZ P-01
FNP-9
Kahr CW9/P9/K9/PM9
KelTec P11/PF-9
H&K P7M8/P2000/USPc
Ruger SR9
S&W 3913/M&P9
Sig P6/P220/P225/P239
Springfield XD9/EMP
Taurus PT111
