      Actually I have a 228 but it's the same gun basically. Mine is a west German sig so maybe I'm spoiled. I also have a 70 series 1911 so probably a little spoiled there too. I love them both and do shoot fairly well with both. It does take a little adjustment and practice. It's a matter of range time.

      And I hate to say it but life or death situation, I'd take the sig. But I do prefer to shoot the 1911.
