Trigger work on Kahr CW9

A good polish will do wonders for the feel. You don't need ot change any angles or lighten any springs


I'm never sure why many people like to stage a long DAO trigger like the Kahr. A straight through pull will be faster and usually more accurate with less work as you aren't tempted to jerk at the trigger

Totally agree on your first point.

As for the trigger theory. I tend to jerk a little with a full pull (correctable though) When I practice drawing from concealment I don't stage it.

I've run several hundred rounds thru my two CW9s (wife and I) and really have no complaints with the trigger system or the function of both pistols---they eat thru every type of 115-124 FMJ/JHP I have tried (don't have any 147s). The smaller Kahrs are hideout pistols and don't need to be messed with IMO...
