    Beretta 92 series.

HK USP, cocked and locked with a decocker, all options in one package, plus you can change it out for a DAO trigger...

Does anyone here half it fully loaded, hammer back and walk around like that holstered?

I can't carry often, but when I do it's usually cocked and locked with either my Kimber or USP

Is that because you have the safety engaged?

^ Yes "cocked and locked" (usually applied to 1911's or some pistols like HK's with similar safety operation) means hammer back, thumb safety engaged..

you are asking about condition 1 (cocked & locked)... yes, it is a very common method of carry.

I have a USP and love it... but after handing the P30, I've got to have one! (ergonomics are so much better then the USP - imo).

and yes, both are great choices as decockers.

I ued to carry my CZ-82 in that fashion, albeit with the safety on. (Cocked and locked).

Now I carry my CZ-82 in DAO (Double action only), no safety.

100% agreed. Did you get the P30 yet? I am getting mine (the P30L) out of jail today

not yet... I want to get a S&W 500... and can't swing both... the P30 is way more practical and I really love the feel of that thing... so I'm in a talk myself into and out of phase

                                Congrats on your new baby!
