On a side note, I won't get into a Springfield vs Kimber war..... but the Kimber 9mm 1911 is a much better gun than the Springfield 9mm 1911 IMO when it comes to the overall construction and feel when holding & shooting it. Again, just my opinion as I've owned both.

I have the Kimber ( 3 of them) and I do love it but all the Kimber haters on here rave about Springfield's. I have some money burning a hole in my pocket. I was gonna buy one just to satisfy my curiosity. You wouldn't??

I don't see how people justify that. They're BONE STOCK too, not even modified.

I have a hard time understanding why people pay the price for Glocks and Springfield XDs. Plastic.
