Not sure I understand your question.

If you are moving out of California you will no longer have to abide by their rules and regulations.

As far as I know NM doesn't have any type of registration so go live and be free.

You don't need to be concerned with CA regulations. If you're moving to New Mexico you need to look up its firearm laws.
