TANFOGLIO FAB 92 PROBLEM

Hi Guys,

A while back I was running my FAB 92 and encountered a cycling issue. After racking in the first round and firing, the action would cycle and load, at times it would not hold the hammer cocked, but would fire in double action. It did not do this every cycle, maybe 1 in 3 or 4 rounds. I was shooting commercial reloads through it and my XD-9 (first time out). No problems with the XD. Any thoughts? PAX
