But both Beretta and the 230 are very accurate.
You can't get that kind of accuracy with locked breached barrels.

I love my Bersa Thunder. I have factory and Pmags for it and haven't had any issues. I got the green wrap around grips for it which feels pretty comfy.

I have a LCP (2nd gen with the improved rear sight). It's been reliable and is great for CCW, but I have trouble shooting it accurately. At 15 ft, my groupings are about 6 inches. Is this about what to expect from a mouse gun, or maybe my grip needs work. With my G26, it more like a 1 inch group.

To the OP, if you can live with a gun that's a bit larger than the LCP, the LC380 might be easier to shoot accurately. The LC will also be a lot cheaper since it's on the roster and will not need a SSE to purchase in CA.

Xds, Beretta Nano (Though reliability has been questioned on this one), and M&P Shield.

It's a little bigger than the standard pocket 380's but I'd pick a 9mmHP over a 380. Trigger on the XDs is great for the size, pricey but thin and compact.

I swore I'd never buy a 380.
No need.
Saw one and it was so cool looking it was in my hand and being dros'd before I could stop. Being all stainless, yes it's heavier than others but its not a carry and it does get its props from ppk folks.

Even guys on the Walther forum, that love the PPK say the Sig is best.


Reliable straight blowback design. European release, but who cares.
