I'd say go for the SP-01. It's a great gun. Low recoil, ambi safety, rail, night sights. Very versatile.

I would see if you can find a 75b Omega online. I picked one up at Tombstone Tactical for more than they're charging now.

With shipping and the transfer I was out the door under $720 with DROS. It's a 75b with the beavertail. And it appears to have an extended mag release, and slide release. They are at the very least larger than I remember from my 75b several years ago. The trigger is cleaned up, and the single action trigger is awesome.

CZ 75 P-07 40 really rocks. It has some pop to it, but for carry, ease of use and reliability...CZ's are hard to beat. Can't help but think the 9mm would be a little easier on the wrist.

they are not - for a brief time the model numbers disappeared from the roster which allowed some people to get a few others in. unfortunately the numbers are back.

i was able to shoot a sp-01 at the shooting range last week. guns shoots so nice and there really isnt any recoil due to the heft of the gun. if you want to try some out oc indoor range has acouple czs you can rent. my friend was able to reserve a cz 75b at the turners in passadena today and im doing an sse for a sp-01 from a guy in florida. hope you find one

How do you do an SSE on a cz? I thought you needed to replace the barrel so total length exceeded 10"?

If you could do an SSE I'd get that CZ 75B 9mm SS

They are. However, if you are unlucky and buy one with an SKU that starts with a 9 instead of a 0, then there's a chance most FFLs will make you SSE it even if the only difference in the part numbers is the magazine capacity.

$619 is too much for the 75b. I just paid $549 for one at River City gun exchange. My buddy bought the last one they had on tuesday. I am sure they will get some more in soon.

I called right after he bought the last one..I have been on a list for over a year and noone called me..he said it was sitting out when it got bought..I made sure I was put back on the list..if it means anything to them lol

What technology?
SP-01 is simply a DA/SA 75B with a full length dust cover/tac rail, and the better beavertail and safety they already had been putting on the SA only version. The insides are the same, except the outer barrel diameter is like the .40cal instead of the 9mm
