Glock 19 Gen 4. Two of them. I am about to jettison my ss Colt 1911 and Beretta 92F in favor of the Glock 19, Gen 4. But I must have them before the jettison. I called two places and one will not sell to me and the other will alter a Glock 19, Gen 4 and sell it to me, maybe two, but he says he is out of Glock 19, Gen 4 and does not foresee when he will have more Glock 19, Gen 4 to sell. Does anyone know of a place that has a plentiful supply of new Glock 19, Gen 4 to sell? I want the high capacity, complete reliability of the Glock 19, Gen 4. I think you understand.

I'm assuming the OP would like to sell his 2 pistols ( Colt + Beretta) but before that he would like to purchase 2 Gen4 G19. As for what FFL will sell or not sell you a G19, (assuming you aren't a LEO etc) determining your location will help us find which FFL's are close to where you are located who does SSE for a G19 Gen 4. I'm sorry. I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jettison means to throw off something as an obstacle or burden. The ss Colt jams and is low capacity. I don't like the exposed barrel on my Beretta 92F. I just recently learned about the Glock.Comment

I'll just cut to the chase, Call Tracy Rifle and Pistol, they always seem to have a Gen4 G19 or G17 in stock, and if its not, it comes back in stock every so often, yes they SSE, its $599+ tax + dros. As for complete reliability of Gen 4, can't say that about the earlier models. As for the colt, what type of ammo are you shooting? You may want to diagnose what is wrong or sell it cheap to me

All the suggested places are good bets for tracking down what you are looking for, although if complete reliability is what you're after, the gen 4's are a far cry from it. Glock is definitely still working the kinks out on these as they continue to cut production costs and let overall quality slip the way of the Sig, as it has in the past few years. I would personally hold off on a Gen 4 until they start producing some consistently reliable, quality pieces again. (All of this coming from a guy who owns, and has owned, several Glocks)
