There is a consistent theme here...ugly nightstand, ugly lamp, ugly gun. The person has crappy taste = fail

Is that one of those unreliable +2 magazine end plates made in China that causes jams?

I'm at a lost as to what else could be the fail besides the lamp and nightstand being ugly. Unless this dude is a LEO I wouldn't use standard capacity magazines over 10 rounds as a self defense weapon in California

          Lack of safety!

Where is the prerequisite box of condoms on the nightstand? Schgeezzzz! With an ugly lamp and beat-up furniture like that, and "Punisher" plate, the photographer surely is a guy in his early 20s.

Keep a box handy. Be safe.

Huh? Now THAT is FAIL - if not some kind of FUD, that literally makes no sense. I can't even suspect what you may think regarding some imaginary idea of premeditation that might mean.

No pillow. No blankets. Uncomfortable and cold. That is a fail in my book.

That lamp really is the biggest fail, followed closely by not having a flashlight next to the gun...but it might be just out of the picture.

Not having night sights isn't a fail, as they have limited usefulness...unless it is just finding your gun in the dark

The guy left the gun on the nightstand, the mag and slide release caused the paint on nightstand to peel. Wife made him put gun in holster so gun wouldn't scratch the nightstand.

                            Just one mans opinion

I apologize for the fud. Please educate me. Possession and use of magazines greater than 10 rounds is ok, but why add the complexity in having to explain this after the shooting. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

In this case that magazine looks like it has a +2 extension on it and if that puts it over 10 rounds would that mean a high capacity magazine was manufactured in CA. Thats what i think is wrong with the Picture Just my opinion.

If it's the night sights, you actually don't know if he has night sights. My night sights are an all black rear and a front lamp, because I find it easier to focus on, dark or light.

Mostly the fail is this thread though.
