1911 80% build

Say I get an 80% 1911 from KTO is there a gunsmith in the SoCal area who can help with the build? What type of FFL is needed? I'm perfectly fine with having a gun serialized and registered. I want it this way because there isn't a production 1911 9mm with a full rail.

They would have to have a 07 FFL and you would have to SSE it. I believe if you are contracting someone to build you a one off 1911 it would be better/easier to have them start with something like a caspian recon railed frame vs. a KTO. I dont know many FFL's that are going to want to start with a 80%.

That or buy a railed 1911 of your choice and send it out to get a ramped 9mm barrel fitted.
