Another G30SF gen 3

The G19 2nd gen feels the most comfortable to me.
The G21SF is the most accurate (well, with me).
The G19 OD gen 3 has the most sentimental value to me.

Now looking to get G26 2nd & 3rd gen as well as a G34.
Plus a G21 gen 2.
Can only dream of having a G18 and G19 First Gen!

Exactly, I got a G19 first I was thinking about getting another one but I ended up with a G26 instead. With a pinky extension it is pretty much a G19 and slightly more concealable.

I figure if its my favorite handgun why not have a spare? If I have to shoot someone in self defense I know I will lose the gun, and want to have a spare in the safe.

Well if you carry on a daily basis and train as frequently as you should to carry daily you wouldnt want to beat up your daily carry gun with all the practice/ training.

Say you carry a glock 19. Put 500-1000 rounds through it to make sure its reliable and broken in, then just shoot it occasionally. You dont want to wear out part on your primary carry.

Your second Glock 19 would simply be there to eat up thousands of practice rounds and act as a back up for parts or be there in case your primary goes down for maintenance.

What if you have multiple properties you stay at? Its pretty convenient to leave a same model gun that you feel comfortable shooting with at another house tucked away in another safe.

I'm all for owning whatever floats your boat. However, I try not to have overlapping duties covered (having similar guns when one of them could cover what you need it for). I spread it out and have all my bases covered.

Having said that, I have multiple 10/22's that are all set up differently, so they serve different purposes and are used at different times depending on the situation. It's not like having 2 glock 17's

Yes, that makes sense. Im guessing its a very high probability that this is not the OP's situation.

There are very few people who could actually justify having 2 identical pistols.

19 and 21SF. I had sold my 26 cause it was a bit too small. Wish I had kept it now.
