$1500 plus the gun I supplied. Why did I sell it? Because I like to buy tons of guns -- more than I could ever own at one time. I was in a :get rid of all my 1911s" phase. You guys have a board here fro selling stuff? What are you guys looking for? I have been called a "bulimic collector."

It was the second longslide I had him build out of series 70 Gold cups -- and sold both of them!!! I am NUTS!

Indeed that should have been a keeper. I just started again with my 1911 buying frenzy and I have a long list of 1911's that I must have before 2009. So far I have 4 down and 6 more to go. I will never, ever, ever sell any of the guns that I own. I just don't want to feel like the OP..
