    Ghetto Sight Tool Press

figured i'd post this, since i came up with easy way to install sights with existing tools, instead of buying a press tool that i'd use once..

    tools:

    - work bench
    - 3 x c-clamps
    - sturdy scrap piece of wood
    - scrap or paper or whatever to not ding your slide

may take a few times of adjustment till you get it centered, but whats a few minutes versus a few bucks..

    happy hunting

Depends on which gun you are doing it to. If you are doing it to an XD i'd prefer taking it to a gunsmith.

Put a heal block under the piece of wood, keep it parallel to the bench, might work a bit easier.. But great idea.

                      Makes it work...cool.

By the title I thought you were going to show a tool that puts the sights on the side of the slide

                            Nice! Similar to this using...

                            3 - 2 inch clamps
                            1 - 1 inch clamp
                            Felt dots
                            Dremel w/ cutter bit
