    EBRworks unbelievable....

yup....their customer service is ridiculous.....theyll literally jump through hoops to keep there customers happy it seems.....so i recently paid of a mk25 there and while waiting for the SSE kit i ended up buying a glock before DROSing the mk25....told ebr and they said cool well just bump ur spot down for the SSE kit....weeks past and its almost time to dros the mk25(stupid 30 day wait) and i change my mind wanting a PPQ instead of the p226..

talked to michael at ebr...he says cool well just transfer ur payment over and refund the diff....now during this whole time i have been asking questions and emailing them countlessly...im pretty sure ive become really annoying by now but im glad that those people at EBR are awesome enough to work with their customers......i know this is a rant but i just felt the need to talk about the exemplary service i experienced with EBRworks.....btw that MK25 is back up for sale on their website

Excellent. I hear great things about EBR and I do plan on giving him a call when I do my first s.s.e. Well, hopefully this pending legislation doesn't kill off this process.

I've heard nothing but good things regarding their customer service. Awaiting for the SSE kit for the HK45c to open for myself

OP - you will be very happy with the PPQ. Just make sure you get the M2 version.

I wish I lived closer to them; every time I see their posts in the Commercial Sales section with different SSE pistols they're offering, I think about how much money they'd make off of me if I could actually go there and buy guns from them :P

Cheap Southwest flight from SFO or Oakland to Burbank, rent a cheap car for the afternoon, it can be done, but yeah, probably $150.00 dollars.

That sounds like good customer service!

I prefer Stag though. No answer to my emails, no ETA on my upper paid for in December, but lots of spam inviting me to shop at their online store.

If we lived in a state where buying a gun from a gun shop was a one-time trip, I'd totally consider it. But having to do it again 10 days later to pick up? That's the deal-breaker.

                            why indeed.
the first version is actually more desirable just because walther discontinued it.

the only difference really was the mag release and different mags.
the only downside i can think of is the lack of support from walther in producing mags for the "classic" ppq.

i have to thank ebr works as well for facilitating my 2nd walther ppq purchase but this time the m2.

No kidding! I would be so broke though.
