Found a 686 6" no dash, worth it?

Today I came across a deal on a S&W 686 no dash in excellent condition for $450. I was planning to DROS it tomorrow, but I'm having second thoughts. I sold my old 686 4" no dash and regretted it, but I've been eyeing a Franklin Armory complete lower for the same money and trying to decide which I want. I need some feedback from the group to help me decide.

at that price I would check it out real good, but that is relatively easier with a wheelgun.

Thanks guys, you have made my decision an easy one! The real sad thing is I bought my 4" for only $200 so I never really appreciated it until it was gone. Few pistols I've owned were as accurate at that one, so I have been wanting another one since shortly after the lapse in judgement that saw me part with it.
