FMK 9c1 Gen 2?

Hey guys I was offered a new FMK 9c1 Gen 2 for $300 and was wondering if that was a decent price. My girlfriends looking for a pistol and at this time that's about all I can afford are they pretty good guns? I don't have any experience with them so if any of you do let me know what you think about them.

I just got one. Only had an FTE on the fist shot due to limp wrist. Other than that, no problems were encountered. Included manual discourages use of +P.

On the negative side, there are no aftermarket parts available.

The twenty pound, break wherever it wants to trigger is unbearable.

What other pistol in existence comes with a dozen sights?

The rail slot is in a spot where most lights will hang way off the front and not be useable.

just save an extra 60 bucks and get a ruger p95. The ruger will retain it's value, they shouldn't go out of business if a warranty issue ever happens. The fmk has a junk trigger plus it's nice to be able to shoot hot rounds in the ruger. Plus the ruger comes a with 2 mags, and a loader.

msrp is like 399 isn't it? I'd say its definitely not a bad deal. put up a range review if you buy it. I wouldn't mind having a cali made fire arm with the bill of rights on it.

Will do I'm most likely going to buy it, it's only 300 and if I don't like it, it will be a great project gun

I have a P95 and also a Sigma 40 cal. Both are great for the money. Many people will insist on Glock. I feel that its just a brand name. Many other guns function just as well for a lot less. Glock people are like Apple people. Fiercely brand loyal and not really interested in anything else. Your girl will do well with a Ruger or a Sigma. I would avoid a off brand like FMK.

She really wants a 92sf so she will get one eventually. Ill prob be buying the gun just to tinker with it and try dyeing it from pink to something else
